The Wine Educators accepts Credit Cards for payments of its online services. Once a user enters his or her own credit card information, that information is transmitted electronically for processing. All Credit Card transactions processed through The Wine Educators are subject to strict PCI Compliance guidelines, and are certified as fully compliant with the guidelines set by Nuvei Merchant Systems, Inc.
These Terms and Conditions include that The Wine Educators meet their following guidelines:
- Building and maintaining a secure network.
- Protecting cardholder data.
- Maintaining a vulnerability management program.
- Implementing strong access control measures.
- Regularly monitoring and testing networks.
- Maintaining an information security policy.
In compliance with PCI Data Security Standards, Nuvei has met and surpassed all requirements set forth as a Level 1 Service Provider in compliance with PCI Data Security Standards.
After Registration and Payment Processing, Users will receive a confirmation email with the URL location of the online education session, confirming its time and your ability to access the participation. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please notify The Wine Educators at email@example.com.
All transactions are subject to the DBA for Wine Educators, DBA, 105 Circle Court, Bristol, TN 37620.

PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY
You may request a refund of payments made at any time after payment is made, up until the event you are scheduled to attend. Request a refund by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a request for refund. Content prices may change at any time prior to an event. You may acquire content via www.wine-education.net either free or at a fee, depending upon criteria set out and agreed upon between The Wine Educators and various parties presenting information. The Wine Educators will charge your credit/debit card in conjunction with the event you wish to attend for any paid transactions, including any applicable taxes or service fees at the time of your reservation of space for the event. If you elect not to attend, or are unable to attend, please request a refund via email to email@example.com
